Siemens
Announces Latest Version of SiPass Integrated
The
latest version (2.4) of the SiPass integrated access control system has
been released, with a number of new developments to further improve its
performance and flexibility.
The
new version features an ACC-Lite (AC5200) controller providing a cost
effective and easy to install option for up to 8 doors; for larger installations,
the AC5100 advanced central controller is available, with the option to
mix both controllers on the same site if required.
Recognising the particular requirements of the pharmaceutical market,
SiPass Integrated has now been independently evaluated and approved to
meet the industry's stringent regulations (21 CFR, Part 11).
Interoperability, which was the main focus for Siemens Building Technologies
at IFSEC this year, is also at the heart of SiPass integrated. Enhanced
interoperability is provided for the Intrunet SI Series of intruder detection
systems and the SISTORE range of digital video recorders.
SiPass integrated provides very high level security without compromising
on convenience or ease of access for system users. Its modular structure
and scalability enable easy adjustment to meet the changing needs of any
organisation.
