Performance Widescreen Monitors from Vigilant Vision
Vigilant Vision, the UK security equipment supplier, has launched
a new range of high performance widescreen TFT LCD monitors. The company
says that they offer industry leading screen refresh rates and are ideal
for a diverse range of control room, shopping centre, transport and public
information point applications.
The
new Vigilant Vision LCD monitors are available in 26”, 32” and
42” versions and offer an extra wide 160 degree viewing angle and
support up to 1920x1200 video resolution. They have the flexibility to
allow viewing in 16:9 as well as 4:3 picture formats with a response rate
of up to 5ms to eliminate the latency that often causes fast moving images
to blur or smear. With a slimline black metal frame they are video wall
compatible as well as being robust and resilient in any environment.
The monitors accept a wide range of inputs including BNC, VGA and DVI
enabling them to be simultaneously used for multi-picture applications.
A picture within picture function allows operators to display PC and video
signals simultaneously or seamlessly switch between desktop applications
and CCTV monitoring at the press of a button.
