Martin Gill is Director of Perpetuity Research and Consultancy International
and a Professor of Criminology at the University of Leicester. He has
published over 100 journal and magazine articles and 13 books including
Commercial Robbery, CCTV, Managing Security and the Handbook of Security.
He is co-editor of the Security Journal and founding editor of Risk Management:
an International Journal.

DCS Hurley is the Head of Volume Crime for the Metropolitan Police Service
and has been a police officer for 28 years. During this time, he has served
in a variety of roles including Street Crime units, Commercial Fraud,
the Brixton Robbery Squad, Regional Crime Squad, National Criminal Intelligence
Service and Murder Investigation. He has also spent six years with the
City of London Police as the Head of Territorial Policing and the Anti
Terrorism and Public Order Department.
DCI Mick Neville has over twenty year's service with the Met. He has specialised
in street crime and is the leader for a new project intended to make much
more effective use of CCTV . To date, this is producing excellent results
leading to the successful arrest and prosecution of many more offenders.

- Phil Cleary, Chief Executive Officer, SmartWater Technology

Phil Cleary's experience as a police officer was the initial catalyst
for the development of the holistic crime reduction programme known as
the SmartWater Strategy, which is now used widely by the police service
throughout the UK. However, an increasing number of corporate organisations
are adapting the SmartWater Strategy to combat a whole range of internal
and external threats.

Action Against Business Crime (AABC)

Mike served in the Metropolitan Police for 32 years before becoming the
Assistant Director for Retail Crime Policy at the British Retail Consortium
and then Chief Executive of Action Against Business Crime.

Nick Poole, has over twenty-five years experience in Sales and Marketing,
