Group Requires Maintainence Services
Home Group currently owns and manages in excess of 55 000 dwellings through
six business units/subsidiaries across the UK. The Home North West business
unit also incorporates Copeland Homes operates throughout Cumbria and
the North West including the Lake District National Park, through to the
fringes of the Yorkshire Dales National Park to the east and south to
Preston and currently manages around 10 500 properties.
To support its continuing objective to improve services and thus gain
efficiencies for the business unit and deliver an improved service to
its customers, Home North West are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified
and experienced provider(s) of Ancillary Equipment Maintenance services
for approximately 700 existing communal style properties.
The equipment requiring to be maintained includes Fire Alarms, Door Entry
systems, Emergency Lighting and Electrical, which in turn involves safety
checks, meter reading, re-setting time clocks etc. Systems may also require
replacement/installation during the contract period.
Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 200 000 and 300 000 GBP.
